The road to this property is really good up to the point where you reach the trail head (see photos).
After that,you must drive up the wash to the point where the gate is at and park there, and hike the rest of the way.
This is a highly used hiking area, so walking up to the property is pretty easy, as there are multiple small trails all across the area.
4x4 is needed if driving all the way to the gate, the wash is composed of sand and big rocks.
But for a 4x4, its a very easy drive.
